Terms of Service
The agreement between Time Travel and the agencies that use the platform.

1. These terms
These terms govern your agency’s access to and use of the TIME TRAVEL platform. By registering an account, or by using the platform, your agency agrees to them.
This is a business-to-business service. It is not offered to consumers, and the platform is not intended for personal or household use.
2. Accounts and approval
Agency registrations are reviewed before activation. We may request verification documents, and we may decline or revoke an account at our discretion — for example where documents cannot be verified or where the account is used in breach of these terms.
Your agency is responsible for everything done under its accounts. Keep credentials confidential, use a unique password, and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. You are responsible for the acts and omissions of the users you invite.
3. What the platform does
The platform lets an approved agency search available flight inventory, book seats for named passengers, have those bookings confirmed and ticketed, and settle the cost against an agency wallet.
Services described on our website as in development are not part of the platform until we say they are. Nothing on a marketing page creates an obligation to deliver a feature by any particular date.
4. Wallet, pricing and payment
Bookings are settled against your agency wallet. Your wallet must hold sufficient funds, or sufficient approved credit, at the time of settlement.
Top-ups made by bank transfer are credited after we receive and verify the transfer. Prices are shown in the currency stated at the time of booking, and are inclusive or exclusive of tax as indicated.
We maintain an immutable ledger of every wallet movement. If you believe an entry is wrong, tell us promptly and we will investigate — but the ledger is the authoritative record of what occurred.
5. Fares, availability and airline terms
Fares and seat availability are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed and ticketed. Availability can change between search and confirmation.
Every ticket is also subject to the operating airline’s own conditions of carriage, fare rules, baggage rules and schedule changes. Those rules sit between the traveller and the airline, and we cannot override them.
6. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund outcomes follow the fare rules of the ticket in question and the airline’s decision. Where a refund is due, we credit it to your agency wallet once the airline or supplier has settled it with us.
We are not able to guarantee a refund the airline declines, and any supplier or platform fees disclosed at the time of booking remain payable.
7. Your responsibilities as an agency
- Enter passenger names, dates of birth and travel-document details exactly as they appear on the traveller’s passport. Corrections after ticketing may be impossible or chargeable by the airline.
- Have a lawful basis to provide us with your travellers’ personal data, and tell those travellers how it will be used.
- Check visa, transit and entry requirements for your travellers. We do not verify eligibility to travel.
- Use the platform only for legitimate travel business, and not to circumvent airline rules, resell access, or scrape inventory.
8. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or to another agency’s data, interfere with its operation, probe or test its security without our written permission, or use automated means to extract data beyond ordinary use of the interface.
We may suspend access immediately where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or where continued access threatens the platform or other agencies.
9. Availability
We work to keep the platform available and to warn of planned maintenance, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service unless we have separately agreed a service level with your agency in writing.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees your agency paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for acts or omissions of airlines and other suppliers, including schedule changes, cancellations, denied boarding, or refusal of entry by border authorities.
11. Confidentiality and data protection
Each party will keep the other’s confidential information confidential. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Where we process traveller data on your behalf, we do so on your documented instructions and apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it.
12. Suspension and termination
Either party may terminate on written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law.
On termination, tickets already issued remain valid on their own terms, and any wallet balance is reconciled and settled in accordance with our records.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will revise the date at the top and, where a change materially affects your agency, notify account holders directly. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of Saudi Arabia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
